International reporting template on modern slavery, forced labour and child labour
The governments of the UK, Australia, and Canada have collaborated to develop a template for international reporting on supply chain transparency.
The template is designed to reduce the administrative burden for organisations subject to supply chain reporting requirements in the UK, Australia and Canada and supports the development of one report for all three jurisdictions.
Although there are differences in the legislative requirements, definitions, and scope – modern slavery legislation in the UK, Australia and Canada has a common goal – to promote transparency and encourage responsible business practices by compelling businesses to report on their efforts to address modern slavery risks in their operations and global supply chains. The template has been designed to serve as a guide for responding to supply chain transparency requirements in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
